Twahna Harris is a community catalyst that has impacted lives through her work as a Domestic Violence & Women’s Empowerment advocate. She has servers as the legislative assistant to the City of Baton Rouge Mayor Pro Tempore LaMont Cole, District 7, for over a decade. In this position she has been the direct contact for the councilman in solving the pressing issues of District 7. Twahna has a unique ability to engage advocates, understand policy and build coalitions. Twahna has the experience, commitment, and has shown the leadership to the community to get the job done.
